The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the habits to which we referred automatically until a few months ago. What has changed in credit brokerage and how is PiùMutuicasa responding to these new needs?
The global pandemic we are experiencing has wiped out all certainty in the current economic landscape, in every sector including credit brokerage. In the traditional credit brokerage sector, the issue of proximity to the customer has completely changed throughout the practice process; a physical proximity to the customer until 2019, which in 2020, from one day to the next, became practically digital.
Pmc interpreted the crisis as a real opportunity, completely overturning the plans that had been drawn up before the Pandemic. We have implemented our offer with digital tools to guarantee constant support to our customers without losing the human value of our network, which today has more than 220 employees throughout Italy.
What are the next challenges that you will have to face with the help of EGG finance?
The innovation card has played and will play a fundamental role in the coming years. 2021 will be the year of the digitalization of business processes, in every function and division. Our Egg platform will be involved at 360 degrees in this ambitious process that we hope to complete already in 2021.

What are the CRM features that you appreciate the most?
The possibility of integration with other banking and non-banking platforms; the development of new and multiple customized configurations carried out almost entirely independently but always with the support of the EGG Finance development department.
How do you evaluate the support offered by EGG finance?
Excellent, always ready to listen to any request for further information on any developments, and for a year now the relationships have certainly strengthened and will certainly be consolidated in the years to come, given that we have many projects related to software on our agenda.
