What were the initial needs that drove you to look for a CRM?

We were looking for a management system that would make our business more efficient and productive. Previously, we relied on a simple organization based on spreadsheets. As we grew, we needed a high-performance product that could add value to production and manage relationships with all the collaborators involved in the business. We also needed a tool that could support us in managing the many legislative, organizational, and commercial challenges typical of the financial world.

Why did you choose EGG Finance?

We spent five months researching, evaluating six or seven alternatives, often cheaper, but we chose EGG Finance, not only for the solution's validity but also because we met professionals who inspired trust. EGG Finance's extensive customization options were important, as we needed a solution that didn't impose a specific operating method on us, but could adapt to our business model.

What benefits have you achieved by using EGG finance?

We're still in the early stages of managing our practices, but I can already see excellent developments coming soon, and I'm confident in the benefits. Meanwhile, in the marketing and lead management fields, we're already seeing significant benefits in a very short time, thanks to greater control and effective management of our sales staff, with immediate feedback from the department.

Why didn't you consider an in-house solution?

We're a bit of a hybrid, as we have our own Group management system. One of the reasons we chose your solution was the ease of connecting to our Group management system, which we couldn't do without. Other solutions, with closed systems, didn't allow us to do this.

Can you give us an overall assessment of your experience with EGG finance?

Excellent customer care management, often providing real-time responses at any time. The weekly Q&A meeting is also very helpful. Personally, I would prefer more in-person interaction with people, but IT tools often allow for faster problem resolution. Our sales team has high expectations for the new release of your mobile app.

This “New Era” will totally change the daily dynamics in the approach to work of each business component, since many processes will be summarized to mere reasoning, the result of Skills and Know How gained over time, and the margin of error will be reduced to a minimum. The sudden transformation, which took place in the last 2 years, thanks to Full Digital (from On boarding to the completion of a request for funding) allows you to dedicate yourself more deeply to customer management, dedicating more time to listening to needs of the end user. In short, there will be more human value, more communicative and informative value at the service of the customer.

Have you already had the chance to test the new EGG finance 3.0?

In all sincerity, we had been waiting for the new EGG finance 3.0 for a long time and I must admit that the new graphic interface excites us very much, since it seems to be on a Social Network while doing Business and having a multiplicity of functions just a click away and all integrated is an innovation, to say the least, crazy. We are sure that the wait will repay expectations.

How would you define collaboration with EGG finance?

We have been EGG Finance customers since 2015 and we started quietly with the Smart Team edition, up to today with an edition full of customizations resulting from our specific sector needs and also the result of EGG Finance's innovation and spontaneous desire to improve. Our platform remains a fundamental asset in our ambitious project of Continuous Growth and Innovation, which must necessarily continue in the coming years.
