The initial needs were to have a management system that would speed up our practical management activities with the network of collaborators and the communications between the back office and the network. With the old supplier we had not been able to fully meet the needs of the network, vice versa with EGG finance we found a more complete, punctual and reliable product. In addition, we had excellent references on EGG finance from other operators on the market and already customers of EGG finance, as well as from our head of the indirect sales network, who in the past had the opportunity to work with your CRM.

What benefits have you obtained using EGG finance?

Our expectations have been confirmed: EGG finance does what it has to do well. In the past, with other products, we had problems managing data, such as misaligned quotes, notes not saved correctly, etc. With EGG finance everything works properly.

Why haven't you considered an in-house solution?

In 2014 we had followed this path, internally developing software for managing the direct sales network. We spent more than a year developing the application and the conclusion was clear: it is better to leave the software to those who do it professionally and instead focus on our business. The real risk, in fact, is that the investment in the production of in-house software will not only turn into a cost, but also distract attention from our real business.
